All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jom33 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by members. Members are responsible for keeping their personal information updated should any changes occur.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. jom33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum security.
Members are responsible for all activities carried out under their account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact the jom33 support team immediately.
Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. jom33 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts after that period, or to freeze the account until the member contacts the support team to reactivate it.
Jom33 supports a variety of deposit methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and the member's VIP membership tier.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the jom33 account holder. jom33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security and legal compliance reasons. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and 24 hours on business days.
Jom33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or new accounts. This is a standard security measure that protects members from fraud and money laundering.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jom33 are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer. These terms include but are not limited to rollover requirements, validity periods, minimum betting limits, and maximum win caps. Members are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting.
Bonus funds received by members must be rolled over in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover requirement means the member must place wagers totalling five times the bonus value before wins can be withdrawn. Jom33 actively monitors bonus usage. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim registration bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet rollover requirements, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Jom33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonus offers that have already been accepted and are currently having their rollover requirements fulfilled by members.
Jom33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at the platform's discretion, including bets deemed excessively large, bets that are suspicious from a sports integrity standpoint, or bets that exceed established limits. The decision to refuse a bet is final and non-disputable.
Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by members. jom33 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, suspected fraud, or a match or event that is cancelled or postponed, in accordance with the rules set for each sport.
All odds displayed on the jom33 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Match results are determined based on recognised official sources. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed results and official results, the official results will apply.
Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the jom33 platform:
All content found on the jom33 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of jom33 or our licensors. These rights are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the jom33 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jom33. Non-commercial personal use for reference purposes is permitted within reasonable limits.
Jom33 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses suffered by members in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Jom33 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption and free from errors at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure, or free from technical bugs. We will not be liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure issues.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jom33 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible account funds will be returned to the member subject to standard verification procedures and upon completion of any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.
Jom33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or at jom33's own discretion with reasonable notice given to the member concerned.
As part of jom33's commitment to responsible gaming, members may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Such requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the period set by the member.
Jom33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect.
